Hi. I just purchased a 4x hd. When I go into the settings menu, it appears, then closes straight away. No error messages. If I go from home into home screen settings, that stays open, but if I tap the back arrow at the top, it goes into the main settings screen which closes immediately.
The phone is stock and I've already done a factory reset and cleared caches. Help!
