I can't access anything on my Samsung android phone. Can't turn it off without removing battery. Seems like I get a message saying unfortunately stuff has stopped working??

Not familiar with ZTE devices but you could try a cache wipe in recovery. If that doesn't work, it may be time to try a factory reset.

That's not a Samsung phone.

It is a gophone doesn't say any particle brand. I've tried the factory reste and it didn't make a difference. Unfotunatley many apps are
stopped.
