Settings...

I know that there is menu > settings but it seems there are typically many more settings available. How can I access those?

What do you mean? menu > Settings is where all the android settings are. The only other settings are application settings within each application.

What settings do you think are missing?

I might be wrong...just seems like there should be more things to adjust. Then again, the last time I was on Android I was rooted. Lol

Theres loads of stuff there. The menus have changed a bit since ICS and Jelly Bean from Gingerbread. Also, these menus may be Samsungified too. But I'm pretty sure whatever you want to adjust will be in there somewhere (IF its a setting at all) :)

If you were rooted and on CyanogenMod before, they add loads of settings themselves.

are you just talking in general? what setting are you looking for im sure someone will asssist you in finding it if its there

So, you don't know what you are looking for, but you want us to tell you where to find it?

Really, it's not that far fetched. I just said that it seems there should be more settings than what I see in menu > settings. I think it was pretty well explained earlier that I'm used to being rooted so that's why I see less settings. No biggie.

I find there is more settings than I even know what those settings do or are for

post a screen shot of your settings maybe your missing some

most of those "settings" on the first page are just the type of setting that within it there is a bunch more setttings on that category

The thing with android settings lately is you have to "Drill down" to some of them. All teh standard settings will be there.

I know that different versions of Android have the settings reorganised. They should all be under Menu | Settings from the home screens. It could be in a subheading or just moved around in the main menu of settings.

Thanks for your response! Makes sense to me.
