Help "Setup & Transfer" Random Network Usage

Could someone tell me why the "Setup & Transfer" app is trying to connect to AWS when I am not trying to use it? Specifically, I see it trying to get to these two instances:

ec2-52-200-228-149.compute-1.amazonaws.com
ec2-52-3-157-90.compute-1.amazonaws.com

What's more interesting is that I have the BK Disabler app and have fully disabled "Setup & Transfer" and all of its services, yet it is still trying to connect to Amazon??

Have you also disabled smart switch?

After you said this, yes. But, I can still see this app requesting network usage. Strange.
