Help Setup Wizard has Stopped :(

I have a Grand Prime SM-S920L and cant get passed.the legal terms page because Setup Wizard Keeps Stopping :(.. ive factory reset..now what ??.. cuz that didnt fix it :(
 
Normally I would suggest to reflash the firmware but no one has it. If still under warranty, you might see about a replacement.
