I've read that there might be a a tethering app. I also wanted to see if anyone has heard how we can use this as a hotspots yet. I also want to know about to get the 3g so I don't have to use the 4g when I'm not using g it.

You'll have to Google for a tethering app, this forums owner has decided to lock all tethering threads.
