Help SG3 stuck on booting screen! Please help!!!

I have a rooted sg3 and I just finished disabling touchwiz then when I closed the app my phone froze so I popped the battery out then in and tried starting up and does the usual animation but when it gets up to the 4GLTE logo with the flashing color rings around it it just stays there doing the same thing! Please Help!!

Hard reset. Vol up+Home+Power.

And a lesson to learn - do not disable stuff you are not sure can be disabled.
