Help SG3 uninstalled (not hide) presinatlled apps, is it safe ?

I am aware that we can disable the pre-installed apps that comes by default with SG3 ( Model number : GT-I9305, Android version 4.1.2).

I device has a root access.

Is it safe to uninstall pre-installed apps ? for instance :

ChatOn, Flipboard , Samsung account ,,,,,etc ?
