Help SGS screen blinking/flickering

Hello,

my phone got wet about two weeks ago and now almost everything works fine. Only one thing, when I'm enabling the black screensaver it starts to blink over and over again between blank screen and lock screen.

Also, when I let the screensaver to go blank itself by the set time, then it just blinks with black screen for 0.1 second and goes to desktop.

I've tried hard reset twice, it doesn't work. I've got the standard FROYO 2.2.1.

I am looking for any help.

After updating to Gingerbread it can stay black for long time when battery is over 80% or so, but after waking it up again it starts blinking again. Any ideas?
