SGS2 issues with video playbaack

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can help me out. I have a SGS2 ( SGH-I727R ) running 4.0.4

Here is the issue with the video playback, anything i record with the phone will not play back on the phone or if i transfer it via direct wifi to my tablet. But any other video is fine i.e. you tube, joke videos via e-mail.

I have tried to clear the data from the camera, gallery video player. But still i'm stuck. I believed this started with the 4.0.4 update but i can't say for sure.

Any help would be great i need to get some of these videos back

Did you do a factory reset after updating the firmware? you shouldnt need too but sometimes you do get weird issues sometimes.

Not being able to play video you've recorded just seems weird, if a factory reset seems like to much trouble you could download another video player off the market like diceplayer or mx player and see if they play the video.
