sgs2 not loading

hi im totally new to this um i have a sgs2 GT-I9100 and i rooted it with a custome stupidly i didnt really know what i was doing and ended up screwing something up and now all my fone does is go to the screen were it has the yellow triangle on the bottom and does nothing else plz help me i was just trying to get the ics before it was due and then it came out today and i tryed to download it and was told there was an issue downloading it and decided to try and go back to stock can someone help me with stocking my fone thank you
