Help SGS2 when connected to PC

Hi guys,

A new problem here.. I'v download Kies on my win7 64bits. When I plug usb onto my Galaxy2 phone, the win7 windows open but the Kies is unable to connect. I tried reinstalling the driver, same story. In short, I can access my phone using windows usb popup but Kies won't connect. It's searching..

any idea ?

Well, I connected the USB cable not in front but behind my pc and it seems (cross finger to work).

try this steps . .

go to :

My Computer
Properties
Device Mgr.
then look for the samsung usb cable etc.. name. probably you can see a yellow bubble with black exclamation point.. uninstall it.. then reconnect your phone/cable again. .

Also for anyone else that finds this thread with similar issues, I've also had difficulty connecting when I plug my Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch into a USB hub. If I connect it directly to my laptop, I can connect.
