Help SGS3 Calling issue

Hi, Iv been having a problem with the new S3 when making calls, I can hear the person on the other end clearly however they can barely hear me at all. My temporary solution at the moment is putting calls on speaker which is the only way I can get the phone to pick up my voice during calls. I have tested the microphone by making voice recordings and it seems to be working fine - prior to this issue I could hear my voice echoing severely during calls so I'm starting to think it is a service provider issue. Please advise as to what you think or of any other tests I can do to eliminate the device as the source of the problem

Try factory resetting. If that doesn't work, take it in for a replacement.

Yeah, use it until they can get a replacement. You're gonna have it for a while, make sure you got a good one
