I solved this, i tried holding down volume down + home + power button and go into downloade mode, then started the emergancy recovery. It finished and the phone is now working!
Hope this not happening when the JB update coming :S

Hi,
I got an update for my S3 today, so i connected it to kies on my mac (because my windows computer didnt fint the phone) and started the download/update process.
When the phone got into "downloade mode" and Kies said it was uploading the new firmware, it ran to 4% and then stopped for almost 2 houres.
I pulled out the cable and got a message saying there was a problem.
I could use emergancy recovery to fix it.
And now kies tells me to put the phone in recovery mode, but doesnt describe how i should do that.
Is there a guide on how to recover a phone after this has happend? (with kies?) And, my phone is not rooted..
I rooted my GS2, and installed alot of custom roms and flashed stock ICS rom onto it with odin. So i know littlebit about this..
Hope anyone can help me, im getting angry with the thought that i have to send my phone to service for 2-3 weeks
