[SGS3-R530M] Metropolis Rom [4.3 Touchwiz]

In any case....flashing mb2 may be the best bet here. Its the only way I can think of to see if its the modem causing ur issue. You can always flash md3 again afterwards.

haha actually no.. because I capped out early last month.. which is why I made the decision to upgrade in the first place lol, so technically I haven't had 4g on this rom yet lol

@nazty, thanks haha I forgot about trying that.. but still didn't work :/

right now I put it in airplane mode, reboot to recovery and gonna wipe cache's lol reboot and get out airplane mode to see if anything changes lol (I doubt it..) and if no go than ill flash the mb2 back on.. and if still nothing than it either metro or...? haha

That sounds like the way to go...what about doing the *228 thing? That number u can dial to activate? N4zty knows what I mean...
 
haha yeah I already did that, updated the prl, flashed mb2 and still nothing.. hopefully it's just tower work :/ I even tried switching from metro only to auto.. nothing works

i do actually, it was your rom that made me push metropolis up. its friendly competition, but make no mistake its still is :p:p:p

overall whats best for teh community is that there is more choices and people pushing each other to do better, so i personally am glad you are here. im waiting on arocker and n4zty to make their own roms too :P

haha well in that case.. when you gonna push that md3 odin.tar??? hahaha

but thanks man.. kinda gave me purpose again lol.. kept giving up because I knew it was only a matter of time before you blew #2 away with an update LOL the whole multi-window mod was just killing me.. could never get a fully working version..

I hate feeling like im stepping on toes tho.. specially to people who help me out all the time lol

apologies, cant release the tar :( i gave out a stock rom, i think build.prop edits deodexing/zipalign and adding apps were teh only things i changed. the kernel isnt stock but t hen again i believe you use lean anyways?

i put 1.3.0 out for 2 big reasons it will allow everyone to enjoy it and start working on it as they see fit. and 2 cuz i was having a hell of a time getting mods to work with my limit schedule :(

i dont believe this is teh final ota

oOoOo.. bummer :/ lol yeah I tinkered around a lil with mtr 1.3 (jus debloated and build.prop) but didn't want to get too involved because I feared that very reason.. well seems you got me this round ;) but ill be back!!!! muahahahaa

If we made our own roms what use would we have to have u on handouts? Lmao jk nah I really believe for ya that can compile a Rom ya have some serious skills. I look at every file that make up a Rom and it overwhelms me. Most users in here have never seen what makes up a single apk trust me its a jungle in each one of those. But bottom line I see the headaches u have sometimes with such projects and I'm eh if shabby pulls his hair lots of times and he's been doing this for a while now imagine me lol.

Are u on metropolis 1.3.0? I find it odd your the first person to have it not working. Also tell me this much does your screen rotate?

I already have it cheked and everytime I do use it it just searches and searches for gps :(
