bought this friday via the website using paypal and never got the code sent, despite numerous emails they still haven't responded.
if i hear nothing by end of monday i'll be forced to file a paypal dispute.

just warning others of this shoddy company.

That's odd because I've never had a problem dealing with them or getting my codes instantly. Did you type in the correct email when you bought it?

didn't get an option to add my email to it went straight to the paypal page which would have told them my verified email address.

Same here.. I have bought the IM+ software since Saturday and I'm still waiting for the activation code
