Root Share apps?

How do I share an app/apps from the apps drawer now? On the s3 I used to be able to select them and select share via sms etc, can't find the option now on the s5, not updated yet so presume I'm on 4.2 still?
 
there is no default option to share apps you would need to install a 3rd party software to do so, i have installed apkshare which does a good job of it via bluetooth sends the whole file via bluetooth.
