share dealing

Hi.I am new to this site and i am pretty much a mobile muppet.My problem.Does any one use the halifax share dealing on their samsung.I cannot log onto my account on my phone.I am using the same passwords etc as on my lap top,but it just keeps coming up invalid.Goes in ok on the computer.I have rung the halifax and they are worse than useless.Any help please.Thanks.

I would suggest to get into contact with the owners of the app to see if there at any known bugs.
