Share location while road tripping?

I searched the app forum before posting, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Is there an app that allows me to share my location with friends and family during long drives?

Over the holidays I'll be doing a couple of road trips ranging from 6 to 12hrs in the car. Rather than have people call and ask where I'm at, I'd like to offer them a webpage or app that allows them to see where I am.

It'd be nice to be able to turn this off too, so they're only able to see the info during the trip.

I use Foursquare. or just use Facebook and checkin. Or use Google Latitude.

Thanks Dirk2 and chanchan05, I'll checkout those options.

@chanchan05 - I generally use latitude, but it seems the location data can get stale. Also seems to want them to "share back" and I was hoping to keep it as simple as possible for my family. Thanks though...I'll definitely check latitude again and see!
