Tap the clock once- then tap the bigger clock once more to get screen brightness, wifi on/off, and a few other settings.

If your external harddrive, thumbdrive, or full-size SD card isn't seen on the Transformer, leave it plugged in to the keyboard, UNDOCK the TF, and RE-DOCK.

CTRL+backspace = DEL for some applications.

To extend the battery somewhat go to settings-->accounts&sync--> disable background data

I'm struggling to find Multipicture in the Market, does it have another name?

I recently got a Logitech M555b bluetooth mouse, mainly for my laptop. But it performs amazingly well on my TF101 too! No installation required, just pair it and off you go.

It's not cheap at nearly 50 euros but it's a very good investment. Can reccomend it to everybody with an Android tablet.
