Sharing Games and Apps Among Devices

I have a VZW Galaxy Nexus, I have a ton of games on my device that I never play. I really only get them so my kids can play on my phone sometimes. For Christmas I'm getting my daughter a Nexus 7.

Basically, I want the games and a few apps on the Nexus 7 and not on my phone. So, how does this work?

Will I have to setup the N7 using my account in order to avoid re-purchasing a bunch of games. Is there a problem with having my account setup on mutliple devices? Is there a was to transfer the digital goods to a new account?

Thanks

Short answer: Yes, no, and yes.

The games/apps are tied to your Google account. Any purchased apps can be installed free of charge on as many devices as you own (with few exceptions).

There is no limit to how many devices you have to one e-mail (again, with few exceptions). The only problem is the tablet will have access to your account. This means you'll have to turn off purchasing power and Gmail to that tablet. An app locker may even be a good idea.

Which digital goods do you want moved? All music and apps tied to your gooogle account will be available immediately. The only problem is game data will NOT be moved. This is currently a huge flaw in Android.
