Sharing internet connection through BT

Does anyone know if you can share the TB internet connection over Buuetooth? If yes how? Also does it count as "tethering?"

I have a vehicle (a rental for business) with the Microsoft Sync technology built in & want to let it use the internet from my TB.

Turn on bluetooth and then check your wireless tethering options. I'm guessing the vehicle has the profile for bluetooth tethering so it should be no problem, and yes it will count towards your tethering usage unless you're rooted or have an app that bypasses it.

Thanks TxGoat!

Unfortunately, I am not yet rooted and do not have a tethering account, so I'll just deal without it for now.

Need to find some time to dedicate to getting this thing rooted!:D

PdaNet supports Bluetooth (no root required). However, the last time I tried it, it was extremely slow at around 200 kbps DL. Don't know if this was due to my particular Bluetooth adapter or not.
