Help Sharing Local WiFi network

I have a Droid2 that has a network address of 192.168.0.124 (wireless DHCP)
I have an Astronomy Telescope mount that has a network address of 192.168.0.100 Fixed Ip wired.
I am able to use Android apps such as Missing Sync to share Outlook contacts etc between my desktop and the Android.
However I cannot see my Telescope mount in the browser on the Android when I put in 192.168.0.100, but this works on an wireless laptop and my desktop on the same router. My router is a DIR655.
Any assistance would be appricated
