Sheet to go question

I have downloaded the Full version of docs to go and I have a program on sheet to go that will not work (rows and columns get all mixed up).
The program has worked on Windows, Blackberry and Mac versions of Excel or Docs to Go.
I have tried to contact their customer service and am having trouble getting them!
Any suggestions?

I just got word from DataViz that the problem is fixed, downloaded there full version and now it works like a dream!
