Shell 3D Refund?

This app sucks, no doubt about it. Go Launcher EX is soooooo much better, I'm sorry I ever strayed.

They still haven't added my town to the weather database after twice saying it would be in the next update (not). In "carrousel mode" the clock doesn't update the time, so it is worthless to use as a screensaver when docked on my desk. It force closes and takes 2minutes to reload, as I'm missing calls waiting for it.

This POS should still be in beta, let alone 15.00 as it sets now. I've written them twice now asking for a refund and they refuse. What recourse do I have to demand a refund form their defective product?

I don't believe you have any recourse.
When you started using the Market, you agreed to the policy of a 15-minute return\refund policy. Outside of those 15 minutes, you are at the mercy of the developer(s). If they deny it to you, then I am afraid you are SOL.

That's what I'm thinking. If they don't play nice by Monday, I'm doing it.

I thought I read where they were trying to be the default launcher for some phone or manufacturer, and blew the contract. Now they pushed it out, defective as it is, to try and recoup their investment. Problem is they are using customers as debuggers rather than beta'ing it longer until it worked right.

They won't do a free trial because the reviews would kill them. I still crack up at all the 4-5 star ratings, but the same rater spells out all the problems and shortcomings, like they're afraid to admit they paid 15.00 for a pile of sh!t.
