Hi folks I need help. Disconnected my battery this morning after samsung galaxy s3 froze after a surface splash with my 3 year olds cup of milk. When I reconnected battery absolutely no power at all but the phone is overheating. I have tried
1. holding on power button
2. disconnecting and reconnecting battery again and although battery was 100% charged when this happened.
3. tried charging it but even then it shows no indication that the charger is plugged in.
4. putting in dry rice as apparently this absorbs any moisture.
Is this a battery fault to which I'm better going in to phone shop or has this happened to anyone else who can help. The phone was not soaked in milk literally wiped off quickly although under the back cover was a little milk at the bottom. Use phone for work so any quick fix ideas would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
