If you would like to use your own custom mp3 ringtone's, make a folder on the root of your sdcard named "Ringtones" without quotation. Place any MP3's you might want to use as a ringtone into this folder. they can then be selected in the ringtone menu.

Step 1. Download
Step 2. extract to your sdcard in clockworkmod/backup or root of sdcard for zip
Step 3. Reboot to recovery
Step 4. Make a Nandroid backup (Just in case)
Step 5. do a factory/data reset
Step 6. clear cache
Step 7. Advanced -> clear dalvik-cache
step 8. restore or install zip from sdcard

Step 9. Enjoy the silky smoothness of Shinjitsu Rom

The first boot will take a while as the system rebuilds the new dalvik-cache, Each restart afterwards will take half the time of stock

I rooted this device. Decided to try out a few of the custom ROMs available. I tried this one following the instructions, nothing but some broken rainbows. When the phone usually boots I get android splash and then boost splash screens then it vibrates once quickly and then the lock screen is there. It immediately vibrates and then shows some rainbows in the grey, red, white and black colors. Let it set for 30 min, still nothing. Is there a tool like Odin that I can use to completely re-flash a backup or stock image?

This Rom is for the n860 if you made it to the lockscreen consider yourself lucky. If you have the n860. OG ZTE Warp then this Rom will work for you. Otherwise check the warp sequent all things root section.
