Shipped.
Purchased 658 pm Eastern time. Unlocked Full Price. Sent a polite email asking what was up about an hour ago.
lol at this point I dont see this sonamabitch being worth all this hoopla ...but my G1 has been getting long in the tooth.

Oddly the FedEx iPhone app is showing some shipping info for my package, but most of it is missing. The FedEx website shows nothing found at all.... Shipping from Plainfield, IN though apparently.
We seem to be getting some mis-leading information about shipping...
1. Please post what kind of Nexus you ordered (unlocked or Tmobile.)
2. Please post if yours is engraved.
3. Please post whether it has shipped for you and whether your CC has been charged.
4. Please post the country you live in.
With this information, we should be able to each figure out when our Nexus phones will ship.

Went to sleep after checking at 12:30 with no change in order status (and not feeling very hopeful), but did receive shipping confirmation at 12:45 Eastern for Wednesday FedEx Delivery.
Fedex tracking states:
5:10 PM Picked Up Indianapolis, IN
9:39 PM Arrived at FedEx location Indianapolis, IN
Jan 6 4:29 AM Departed FedEx location Indianapolis, IN
So my question is why did it take approx six hours to send me a shipping confirmation and why wasn't/isn't there any way to get someone from customer service to tell me this? I sent three email requests for the status of my order (through the Google Phone Webstore) and received no response to the first two and a canned response to the third to check the status on-line (which hadn't changed all day, which is why I was contacting them in the first place). If this was purchased through Amazon or Apple (or a host of other leading Retailers), there would have been much better customer service support.
Google, you need to step up your game if you want to really change the way people buy their high-end phones!

it's easy to not get a arrival scan from fed ex. Meaning a scan from the origin city before it's flown to memphis. I get those all the time. I also have received very late departure scans from memphis, as late as 8 or 9 am for next day late deliveries, like this package.
Mine reports departed memphis 4 am.

Unlocked and still no notice...
I send the store a email asking if I could get an update on shipping since people that ordered the phone after I did received confirmation of shipping already and this is the response I got, most likely it was computer generated but it sure pisses me off since I switched to T-Mobile last night and my BlackBerry is not unlocked.

Right after my message to them I received my shipping information but the damn thing wont be here till the 7th. Oh well still excited, guess some problems are to be expected when you try something new.

2:15 est wont be here till the 7th.
I ordered at 2:00 pm EST with Tmobile activation and just received an automated call from FEDEX with my tracking number. Never did receive an email update and there is no status change on the order page. I have never received a call from Fedex before so that was different. By the way the tracking number works and it will be here today!
