For those wondering about sigatures - the note on my tracking page says an "INDIRECT SIGNATURE" is required. This means anyone at the residence, a neighbor, apartment manager or A NOTE LEFT ON THE DOOR for the driver will suffice.
So if you think you may not be there, leave a note with your signature and you'll be good.

This runs about what I have experienced - ordered at 1:30 PST and got my notice around 10:30 PST today. Scheduled for delivery tomorrow, 1/7/10.

Google site still doesn't say anything, and no notice from them, but got a robocall from Fedex with the tracking number. Ordered yesterday afternoon, no engraving, delivery to VA. Picked up in Indianapolis this morning for delivery tomorrow by 3:00 pm.

i ordered my phone yesterday at 11pm and i have been checking my account on google for the status and it says not yet shipped but fedex just called at 7 pm today and gave me my tracking number and it said it would arrive tomorrow by 3. i ordered the unlocked version with graving on it.

I read that engraving takes an extra 72 hours. So perhaps you won't get your shipping notification until that has been completed. Although the poster before you said (I think) that they got engraving, so.... who knows. Maybe you're cursed
That would totally blow, I literally cannot sleep and every email notification that my soon to be gone blackberry 8900 gets, I PRAY that it's a shipping notification. BAHHHH!

I ordered my n1 on 1/6 at 1:27 pm and now its 11:52 pm on 1/7 and I still have no conformation... unlocked, nonengraved, the money has been taken out of my account...
Update: I got the conformation this morning. Since google is being all cheap and not paying for saturday delivery I have to wait until monday to get my phone...
