How can I send the photos I take with Shootme to my email, like I can with the ones from CameraRoll?

You should be able to find them in the gallery and select to share them.

It saves them to /sdcard/ShootMe. You can browse to that folder with a file explorer like ASTRO File Manager or EStrongs File Explorer. Once you select the picture you can hit Menu and find options to send the pic.

alternately, you could also get SDrescan to scan your SD card for media and it will appear in your gallery under "shootme"

Ah...wasn't aware of that one. JustPictures! can do much the same thing; it's a matter of clearing the cache. At that point it will rescan automatically.
