Shortcut to anything on the Bionic?

I have and use AnyCut, but I'm not sure how to make a shortcut to a number of places on my phone. Here are a couple examples...

a. A particular folder on my removable SD Card. Doesn't matter which folder. I just want to know how to do this. I want to be able to create a shortcut on my home screen that points to a folder, let's say four levels deep (or however deep I want) on the removable SD Card.

b. A particular setting on the phone. I have looked into it, and can't see how to do it. The place I want to get to is called "Preferred network mode".

The full path to this location is...
Menu
-Settings
--Wireless & Networks
---Mobile networks
----Network Mode
-----Preferred network mode

If I use the 'Activity' of AnyCut named "Network Settings", it results in getting to here...
Menu
-Settings
--Wireless & Networks
---Mobile networks
----Network Mode

I would like to have the shortcut get all the way to here though...
Menu
-Settings
--Wireless & Networks
---Mobile networks
----Network Mode
-----Preferred network mode

Can this be done?

Q11: a: For a folder on your Removable SDCard, the path would start with /sdcard-ext/{mainfolder}/{subfolder1}/{subfolder2}/{subfolder3}

b: Not sure if it can be changed or not - If there is not a way to customize the default / native shortcuts, you'll either need to 1) make your own, or 2) ask the developer if no one else here can answer.
