Shortcut to instant SMS message?

Hi All,

Does anyone know how, if it's even possible, to create a shortcut on your home screen to send a pre-defined SMS message? For instance an SMS to say your on your way home or something my pressing only one icon?
I've managed to make it start a new blank message but not open a pre-defined one and send it automatically.

Any help would be appreciated

This nearly does what I want, however, when you click on the shortcut it loads handcent (or messages) and then you have to press send. If this is the best I'm going to get then so be it, not that I'm lazy or anything! but why only do half a job

Its the only one I've found. I use it to text the missus when I'm 5 mins away when I pick her up from work. Dead easy to do in the car. It does sound a little lazy
