How to add shortcut to the main menu page??
(Ex:- if we use CM security.. we get a one tap booster as an shortcut on the home screen... How to add that one tap booster shortcut to the main menu)

CM Security is a product by Cheetah Mobile, a company who make money by stealing personal information from your devices and "monetising" it (i.e. selling it to advertisers and spammers). My advice is to uninstall anything from that company.

If by main menu you mean the system settings, you can't unless you have the necessary skills to write your own custom ROM. If you mean something else you'll have to explain more clearly what you are referring to.
