Shortcuts on lockscreen

Is there a way to change these or are they just default?

Settings, security and lock screen, lock screen options, shortcuts and edit them from there

or use widget locker to put apps and widgets on the home screen

I paid for widget locker on my last phone. Just not tired of the ripple yet
