Help Should I be concerned

My wife has a text sent to 7333399322 reads " good night...love you" and has a video attached but when I play it just says "good night...love you". She says our 2year old must have accidently done it.

I tried sending a text back but this happened. I got another text from another number 900080004222 It says. "7333399322 is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as voice messages for 0.25/msg. + std msg fee. Details @ vtext.com, TexttoLandline.

keep in mind she has many texts sent to her mom that says "good night...love you". also.

Can someone explain to me what in the world is going on?

vtext.com seems to be a Verizon service. My guess is that that you'd get that message any time you tried sending a text to a landline number, or maybe even anything that it doesn't accept as a cellular number.

As for the original, who knows? If it's a text she commonly sends then maybe the kid did manage to resend it to a non-existent random number, and then when you try to text that number VZW give you that message - only question in that scenario is why she didn't receive such a message when the original was sent.
