Should I buy from eBay before launch?

Hi Folks

I've finally decided to go for the Tab 10.1 over the Transformer but the Tab 10.1 doesnt officially arrive in the UK till 8th of August!

I've had a look on eBay and what do you know, there are loads on sale and most of them are here in the UK ready to be dispatched!

I'm guessing these are imports from the USA right? Can't be UK stock since it's not even released here yet.

Do you think I should get one? Will I be able to return it should it be faulty etc?

I bought one from that exact seller last week.

Arrived within 24 hours and was in a sealed box. I was concerned that they may be refurbished or something but mine appears to be ok.

The same seller is also selling them via Amazon.

I couldnt wait until August either !!
