heyy im considering to buy sgt 7.0 plus. should i buy it? does it have any cons? your opinions is highly appreciated :)

I have been an avid iPad user for the past year or so. I wanted something more compact so I tried out the Kindle Fire at first... the user experience for me was very sub par. I eventually came to this tablet and I love it.

It really depends on what you want to get out of it. I was originally waiting for the 7.7 and I am very interested in the SuperAMOLED display in it. I have until 1/24/12 to return my 7+ so I am hoping the 7.7 will be out by then so I can compare.

If you are looking for something to use for media consumption and some couch/bed surfing I have found this to be a great device.

yeah cz 7.7 got super amoled and i heard that android ICS (ice cream sandwish) will be released soon.really?

FWIW, I currently have both the T-Mobile Springboard, and the Plus...in a nutshell,in the 5 days that I've had them:

Plus: better battery life, OS/apps/widgets, lighter weight, processor (sling box video stream/Netflix played smoother), speakers, works on AT&T HSPA+, infra red for A/V remote control, has camera flash

Springboard: better screen resolution, cellular reception (picked up more wifi networks in my neighborhood, but fluctuated 4dBm weaker on my network)

The only real issue I've had is with the Springboard not "displaying" input registers when using web browser...if I press a link, the link may not change color, nor the status bar appear, so it looks like the screen/system is not responding however if you wait a bit, the page eventually loads. Fortunately, Firefox runs much faster on both tablets than on the phones I've used.

Not sure which one I'll keep...waiting for unlock code for Springboard...if it supports AT&T 3G, I'll keep it (remote desktop looks much better), and revisit decision if/when the 7.7 comes out, because if the plus had higher resolution, it would be an easy choice "for me".

I just pulled the trigger on the 7 plus. I saw the supplies dwindling around town and I had 100 bucks credit at Amazon I could use, so I figured, what the heck. Free 1 day shipping too.. of course at this point I will probably wrap it up as a gift to myself for Christmas.

I've been enjoying mine since about 9am. I fed it lunch while I was eating and that's the only time it's been out of my hands. No problems to report.

I have had the tab 7 plus since 2nd week it was out in US.... I love it. No complaints at all. Optimized Honeycomb for better battery life and has been lasting two to three days with moderate use ever since. I use tab for browsing, youtube and email mostly. Browsing- great, youtube- superb, email - excelent. Honeycomb is great and ics will be even better. ;)

I have had mine for about a month now and I love it. I upgraded from the 5.0 MP3 player (sold that one to a friend). The only features I am missing on this one is the integrated FM radio and I have been having a problem with bookmarking. I loved the radio on the 5.0 - would listen to it to/from work as well as at my desk at work and it seems the 5.0 bookmarking worked better on videos - it allowed you to pick up where you left off in each movie. On the 7.0, I have to make a note where I left off in the movie and fast forward to that point when I am ready to finish the movie.
