I have 2 folders with files in them that I didn't download. One folder has a file of a video advertisment for a game, and the other folder has screen shots of an advertisment for a game controller. I'd add a pic of the files but I don't know how to do that. Opinions?
Presumably some app(s) created them when you installed it/them. I doubt they are important to the running of the app(s) concerned so you could probably delete them without any meaningful effect. But on the other hand...
How much space are they using? Probably not a lot, in which case I wouldn't worry about them
/burstlyImageCache will always be there - delete the contents but not the folder. As for the other one, probably the same advice (cache is almost always safe to delete unless it contains a .db or .idx file).
When in doubt about such things, you can always rename the folder and then run all your usual apps for a day or two. If nothings acts up during that time, it's probably safe to delete.
