Should I get a 007sh ?

I really like its design and specs (glasses-free 3D, HD recording, 16 mp, etc.) but I've read that rooting this phone is hard/impossibru so I'm a little bit down.

I also want to know if I can update it to get ICS on it...

Can someone help me on this ?
