Help Should I get this or wait for the S4?

Newbie
Since I didn't want to start a whole other topic in my other thread I have decided to ask a more simple question I hope. I have decided to give up my iPhone 5 for the Note 2 but then I heard rumors about the S4 being announced in January. So the question is, should I get the note 2 now or wait for the S4? If the S4 comes out in April or something then I would for sure get the note now. Thanks all.

Honestly if you are always waiting for the next phone to come out you will never do it. My opinion, the Note 2 is a great phone and with the inclusion of the S-Pen it is that much better. Sure the S4 may have a better processor or better camera, but so will the S5 and the Note III and iPhone 6.1. So I personally just say do it now and if you get it like from Best Buy or somewhere like that they do have a pretty long return policy now because of the holidays.
 
My philosophy is that unless I know for certain, based on a confirmed press release from the manufacturer, that a new phone release is coming, if I need/want a new phone I buy one when I need/want one. There will ALWAYS be the "next phone" coming, always. Unless it is confirmed and announced, everything else is just a rumor bordering on noise.

True, maybe I should just get it.
 
The note 2 is the only phone one ive had recently that will seemingly hold my attention for 12months + lol.

I agree. The next phone is always right around the corner.
If you wait on the S4, right before buying it you'll start seeing more concrete rumors about the Note 3, iphone 6, dna 2, etc.

Buy the phone you want or you'll always be waiting.
