Should I really be here?

Lurker
After reading several posts, I noticed that several folks were re-directed to other forums that might be more applicable for the person inquiring. That's good stuff and I wish other sites offered such thoughtful re-direction for "newbies". Being only a couple of days with the Xoom, I have little "direction" at this time, but I need to have a small operating problem solved.

I am having a neewbie problem with the Motorola Xoom (WiFi). Is this an "okay" place for me to be for information, or whould I go elsewhere?

Thanks

hi there jpick22,

AF is a very user friendly environment, we do not bash, or tell you to "search" for the answer to your question, and if someone ever tells you that, please report the post, and say VoidedSaint told you to report this, we provide the best information we can, we sometimes re-direct you to another site, only to download files, once you have them downloaded, we assist you in the process to installing and setting up.

if you ever have any questions about that kind of thing, please feel free to PM myself or any other guide or mod on staff, we are all friendly and will help when called.

Hi, and welcome!

After reading several posts, I noticed that several folks were re-directed to other forums that might be more applicable for the person inquiring.

We realise that a site this large can be daunting with you're not familiar with the layout; we've all been in that position at some time. For that reason members usually go out of their way to point newcomers to those areas where their questions will receive the best answers.

This is exactly why Introductions exists - now we know you and which device you're using we can offer suggestions. The Xoom has its own sub-forum here, and the users there are sure to be able to answer any questions you might have about the device.

Enjoy your stay, and if you need any help with using the site please don't hesitate to contact any of the Guides or Mods - we're here to help.
