Root Should I update to 2.3.6?

Hey i'm wondering whether I should update or not. I'm running 2.3.4 EG30 stock just rooted. I have had LoS once and updated my prl and never lost service again. Other then that I have no problems with the phone everything works. Is it worth it?

I run Calkulin's EK02, I like the ROM, almost everything works, and I don't get LoS, at least that I'm aware of. The only thing that didn't work out of the gate was Wifi Tether. Upgraded to v3.1 beta7, problem solved. Sprint Hotspot is unlocked and works well. I've heard good things about other EK02 ROMs, but I haven't tried them myself.

I am kinda in the same boat (2.3.4 EG30 stock just rooted), thanks to uminchu for providing the link to handle the notifications, I can now decide peacefully on whether it's worth updating. Does anyone have the list of changes in the update (besides addressing LOS and 4G connections)? I've been trying to search for it, but right now I'm pretty happy, no problems here. I'm one of those "don't try to fix it if it ain't broken" types.

Apparently as a new user I cannot post links but if you Google the below

Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch EK02 update released

you should pull an article listing the changes

Enhancements/Fixes:
- 4G Sprint Hotspot disconnects when in a phone call
- Radio loses signal and may require power cycle
Important Notes:
- Software version is: S:D710.0.5S.EK02
- Released in stages with 100% of devices having received the update within approximately 10 days
- Refer to the Samsung Epic 4G Touch Software Updates for install instructions

Now I am looking for the easy way to disable the annoying update prompt that looks like you were able to do....
