Hi guys, i have been notified for firmware update for my LG L70 (D320n). I wonder will i loose root if i update and will i be able to root again?

I've moved your thread over to the all-things-root area for you.
I don't have an L70, but most OTA's (over-the-air) updates typically do disable root (usually because the /system partition is recursively re-secured and the suid bit is turned off on the su binary).
I'll let the other root folks chime-in with more and detailed answers for you.

I seen a thread where a guy updated and lost root and was unable to root with towelroot by default, but was able to root with the modstrings inside of it. (1337 0 0 4 0).
