Help Should I Upgrade

I'm running ZVC on my Esteem. Should i upgrade to ZVD? I've tried to be fore but it didn't seem to work...... should i worry about it?
 
You should always run the latest firmware so that you get the battery life and stability improvements.
 
Well I upgraded, no prob....BUT, then I rooted & put BlackPlague ROM, only backup some apps (one by one) anyway my Gmail now get a process error on 'com.google.android.cm' with a forced close required about every 5 mins. So I cleared user data via RomTool Kit. Tried to clear my SD Card but now my Internal 4GB has 604MB AVAIL// THE 4GB SD has 1.11 AVAIL but can't seem to delete or clear anything off either via market or moving to SD card. Can I wipe these and reboot OK? Would like to restore LG ESTEEM to out of box condition--> I have images of my internal and external memory before I started this process... So, I think I would only need to put the oringinal ROM & Kernel back & the images to be back to where I was....IS THAT TRUE?

K did you make a backup before flashing blackplaque if you did then you can restore your back up but before doing that I recommend flashing Rom #2 2. 1 its a very good Rom its a must have you will love it :-)
