tryouts are coming up november 1st and ive been practicing like crazy. my shooting arm, right arm has been really sore, would a shooting sleeve help me at all with the soreness?

Wouldn't a sleeve make it worst? Lol I thought they were for light protection from contact and to rehab to make your arm stronger cause there is more resistance?

Real compression sleeves slow down swelling in joints and increases blood flow circulation at the same time to help prevent further injury. They don't work that well unless you get a really expensive one that tightens up right around the forearm helping to prevent further stress on the tennis elbow type injury.

All most shooting sleeves will do for you is make you look like "that guy." No one wants to be "that guy."

EDIT: How did tryouts go for you?
