A few days ago I installed and configured K9. The only two accounts I check with it are my gmail account and my POP3.
I have the gmail set to fetch new mail every 5 minutes.
I have the POP3 acct set to "never" when it comes to fetching mail.
When I do the check-mail on the POP account the phone always reports at the top: Next poll at .... And the time listed is 4 or 5 minutes later than the current time. Is this correct? If it's not supposed to be fetching new mail until I do it manually why should it show a time for its next polling?
Perhaps I don't understand the difference between polling and fetching.
