Help Shouldn't the soft keys be lit on the Razr?

I used My Razr for the first time last night and noticed there was no back-light on the soft keys. Is this normal? I found nothing in the settings to turn it off or on.

The back light on the soft keys seems to only activate in VERY low light conditions. Even then, it is a very warm white. It is not the cool and bright whites as seen on the X or other devices.

Thanks PACAnesFan. After doing a Google search, I saw that it was a common problem with many models of Droids. That would explain why so many of the accessory packs on eBay come with key-chain flashlights. lol.
