I got two cases for my MT with some feedback 
Two piece hard rubberized case (~$6 Amazon), good fit, fun.
Pros: It gives heft to the thin MT candybar design, adding about 1.5mm to all sides. MT grips solid. The rubberized feel not as sticky as the MT surface. It offers screen protection when laying flat, and about .5 mm protection for the rear camera (I stuck rubber feet for added protection) I've always worried about breaking the thin MT in my pocket. With this I feel a little better.
Cons: Low quality graphics, the edges are not crisp. Overspray. I touched up the edges with a sharpie. Over time graphics will wear off. Far away it looks ok giving the MT some personality, but makes it look a little cheaper. IMO I like to see a nice hardcase with chrome accents.
Leather Pouch Holster (~$8 ebay), good fit, leather.
Pros: Excellent protection, perfect snug fit. Good quality leather, stitching looking nice and pricey. With this I don't worry about damage, throw it into the backpack and jet. Magnetic clip holds strong. Belt clip swivels 180. This works with active lifestyles.
Cons: Won't fit a MT with another case mounted, too tight. Maybe the Rocketfish might work but my 2 piece hard case won't go in easily. The bottom charge ports are blocked, no charging with the phone inside. Clipping a celly to your belt/pants is not cool, so i only use this under a t-shirt.
