I have a rooted Android phone. Using the app Tasker, can I make a task which will forcibly shut down an app, for example Instagram app, if I am using Instagram app for more than 10 seconds continuously? I looked around the app but couldn't find any solution. Perhaps I have to use multiple tasks to accomplish this job? I am also fine with using another non-Tasker app if it can achieve what I want to do. Could anyone please help?

Shut down an app after 10 seconds of use

OP wants to run a "script" which could limit the usage time of an app. For example opening the facebook app for like 10 minutes then the app should quit itself after the framed time.
Other than Tasker, there's pretty much not many options out there
