Help shut it off!!

I know this is a newbie question if not a dumb question but...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 (I think the full specs are in my sig) but I can't figure out how to turn it off so that ring tones won't sound while I'm in a meeting.

I mean I know I can turn off ring tones and decrease the sound but isn't there a "silent mode" that I can get to with a single tap?

Or do I need an app...if there even is one?

Any help would be appreciated

It should be in your quick settings, at the top when you pull down the notification shade. It is labeled sound and you can switch between sound, vibrate, and silent.

Is that what's called "airplane mode?"

Otherwise...yes, I know about those setting for Sound but I want a one tap widget to something like that to quickly shut all sound off.
